Thank you for your interest to participate actively in the 14th biennial IPEG
meeting.

Only delegates who have registered for the meeting will be considered for presentation.
In case of non-registration, abstracts will without further notice not be processed.
Instructions on how to prepare your abstract are given below. Please also indicate
whether you would like the organizers to consider your abstract for selection
in one of the oral presentation sessions or for inclusion in one of the poster
sessions only. All accepted poster abstracts will be included in Neuropsychobiology

Nr=224082, while selected oral presentations will be invited to submit a small
manuscript for inclusion in the same journal.

Deadline for abstract submission is June 30th, 2006.
How to write the abstract - Please follow these steps.
|
|
 |
Abstracts should present novel findings, with brief rationale, descriptions
of methods and of major findings. Experiments should adhere to ethical guidelines. |

Abstracts should be submitted in electronic version, as word document attached
to an e-mail, to liaison@gol.com |
 |
Abstracts should fit within an area 120mm wide by 160mm high. |
 |
Please use the format as follows for preparing your abstract:
- all text should be single-spaced, 10 pt Arial font
- type the title (capitals, bold)
- followed by names and initials of authors on the next line (bold)
- continue with the address in the next line in italics
- leave a blank line before starting with the text
- adhere to a maximum of 1800 characters including space for the text body
- do not center align any part of the abstract
- use abbreviations where possible
- avoid graphs/photographs in your abstract |

Please indicate clearly both in your e-mail and on your abstracts whether
you would be willing to present your abstract as oral communication. |

Authors of abstracts for oral communications may be selected by the scientific
committee and individually requested to provide a short manuscript that will be
published in Neuropsychobiology. |

- Presenters will be notified about their position
within the poster sessions by end of July, together with notification of acceptance.
- Posters will be exhibited in the space of 90cm wide x 150cm high. |

| ■Short oral communications |
|
|
- Delegates who wish to give an oral presentation
should indicate oral presentation in your e-mail when sending in your abstracts.
If an abstract has been selected for oral presentation by the review committee,
authors will receive a letter of notification by the beginning of July.
- Projection by PowerPoint will be available. |

Deadline for submission of manuscript (selected by scientific
committee) is July 20, 2006.
